Please refuse the delivery if the product looks damaged or the packaging has been tampered with. Then call our delivery helpline on +91 95481 30131, 10 am to 5 pm on working days, with your order number, and we'll send a replacement as quickly as we can.
How do returns work?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the return. Products must be unused and in their original packaging, with tags, accessories and serial number. Card and UPI payments are refunded to the account you paid with; cash-on-delivery orders are refunded as store credit, valid for a year.
