What can be returned
An unused product can be returned within 7 days of delivery, in the same condition and packaging as when you received it.
- Unused.
- In its original packaging, with the original price tags, and the packing material in the condition it arrived in.
- With all its accessories.
- With its serial number on the product. We can't accept a product without one.
The 7-day window
Tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll guide you through the return. After 7 days, products can't be returned.
How to return a product
Email enquiry@aldaindia.com or call +91 92666 55555 and we'll explain the process. Once we've issued a return authorisation, send the product to our head office: Glen Appliances Pvt. Ltd., I-34, DLF Industrial Area, Phase I, Faridabad, Haryana 121003. You can also hand it in there in person.
Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by you, and the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so please pack it well.
If your product arrives damaged or dented, or isn't the one you ordered, we'll replace it with the same product, free of charge. Please contact us straight away if that happens.
Inspection and refunds
We inspect every product that comes back. If the claim is genuine, we'll replace the product or refund your money. Card and UPI payments are refunded to the card or UPI account you paid with once the inspection is complete. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded as store credit, which you can use on another order within a year.
